God’s blessing and provision to be upon journey church Scripture: 2 Corinthians 6:2 I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation.

Thoughts:

It is Journey Church’s greatest desire to see people come to know Christ and then grow to be fully devoted followers of Christ. Would you pray that God would give us favor in everything we do. May our thoughts and vision
line up with God’s heart and may we never stray from the path He has set out for us.  You have made it to the end. Might His favor be on you as well.

Scripture: Habakkuk 3:2 Lord, I have heard of your fame; I stand in awe of your deeds, O Lord. Renew them in our day, in our time make them known; in wrath remember mercy.

Thoughts:

Revival is when earth is attacked by Heaven. Pray for a powerful move of God that would affect the nations. Let it begin in our hearts. Let it happen in our church. Let it’s spread be contagious and undeniable. Come Jesus
Come. Revive our land.

Scripture: Isaiah 53:5 But he was pierced for our transgressions,  he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed.

Thoughts:

As we prayed earlier. It is God’s will that we be whole in every area of our lives. If you are in need of physical healing, cry out to God and ask Him to bring wholeness and health to your body. If you are in good health pray for others who might not be.

Scripture: Psalm 61:3-5 For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe.I long to dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings.

Thoughts:

God’s desire is to protect you and your family. He gives no real guarantees of physical protection, but He promises that even if you find yourself in jail because of Him You will be protected and will rejoice that He has your back. Pray for God’s protection over every aspect of you and your families lives.

Scripture: Matthew 5:3 God blesses those who are poor and realize their need for him,  for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.

Thoughts:

God give us suburban Christians a sincere heart for the poor. We lift up those in the inner city of Jacksonville and in Clay County as well as those around the world. We ask oh God that the churches would rise up and direct their resources towards the less fortunate. We can make a difference.

Scripture: 1 Timothy 2:1-2 1 I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. 2 Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity.

Thoughts:

As believers it is our responsibility to pray for those in power. Pray that God would touch our Presidents heart and give him wisdom to lead during these difficult times.

Scripture: Ephesians 5:33 Nevertheless let each one of you in particular so love his on wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.

Thoughts:

Marriages are continually under attack. The enemy loves to divide the family. For victory and success in marriage, it doesn’t take 2 but 3. God must be at the center of our relationships. Today cover the marriages of the church in prayer.
